 I. PURPOSE:

Create a difference in benefits for customers when shopping at the PHUC TRUONG AUDIO system
Support and increase preferential value for customers when purchasing at the PHUC TRUONG AUDIO system

II. SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Applicable subjects: Customers who purchase home karaoke sound products, singing room sound, music listening sound, hall sound... at PHUC TRUONG AUDIO system
Applicable area: PHUC TRUONG AUDIO will deliver and install for free at customers' homes within a radius of 30 km.
Applicable time: From January 01, 01

III. CONTENT:
1. Conditions of application:
This free shipping and installation policy applies to all products purchased by customers at PHUC TRUONG AUDIO's sound system.
PHUC TRUONG AUDIO will deliver and install for free for customers as follows:

For orders with free shipping range over 20 km, customers must make 100% prepayment
Free distance is calculated from PHUC TRUONG AUDIO point of purchase to customer's receiving location on invoice.
For each order within the scope of PHUC TRUONG AUDIO policy, free shipping is only provided once.
In case PHUC TRUONG AUDIO has delivered the goods to the delivery location as agreed upon at the time of purchase, but for some reason the customer requests to return the goods, the customer must bear the shipping costs according to the company's price list.
In case the customer does not purchase installation materials at the supermarket but requires installation at home, PHUC TRUONG AUDIO will provide free delivery as per the above policy but will charge installation fee according to the company's price list.
Road and bridge fees, village entrance fees or apartment parking fees are paid by the customer.
Means of transport (cars, motorbikes or other means of transport) are coordinated and decided by PHUC TRUONG AUDIO.
For heavy and bulky products that need to be transported upstairs without an elevator, customers are requested to cooperate with technical staff in delivery.
In cases where the delivery address is unclear, located in an alley, or in dangerous places, mountainous areas, or difficult transportation, PHUC TRUONG AUDIO reserves the right to refuse to transport or deliver goods directly.
In case of force majeure, natural disasters, floods, bridge and ferry damage..., PHUC TRUONG AUDIO is not responsible for compensating for damages arising from late delivery or failure to transport goods to the location as agreed with the customer.

 3. Product installation service:

– The company installs products at home according to customer requirements.

– Customers will pay for installation costs and actual materials used (if any) according to the “Price list for materials, delivery and installation services” after customers have enjoyed all the company's promotions at the time of purchase.

– In case the customer installs the product himself, Phuc Truong Audio will not be responsible for the installation technique as well as any risks, losses, and damages related to the product and people such as: falling and damaging the product, falling and endangering life...

– Phuc Truong Audio is only responsible for the products distributed and installed by the Company, not responsible for any arising problems and damage to other products at the customer's home.
