Phuc Truong Group's equipment return policy

For the most convenience during use as well as when product problems arise related to returning goods, Phuc Truong Group would like to inform customers about the specific return warranty policy at Phuc Truong Audio Showroom systems as follows.

Conditions for customers to exchange goods

1. The audio equipment you buy at Phuc Truong Group must still have our seal or that of the manufacturer or authorized unit. (especially the warranty activation seal must be intact)
2. All products must be determined to have technical defects by Phuc Truong Group's Technicians or by the manufacturer or authorized authorized unit.
3. When received by our technical staff, the product must still have its original box, foam, and all accessories (nylon, instruction manual, power cord), promotional gifts (if any)... intact.
4. The returned product must not have any defects (scratches, breakage, dents, yellowing, etc.)
5. The returned product must have all the accompanying documents such as (purchase documents or purchase phone number information saved on Phuc Truong Group's system, VAT invoice if any, warranty card, instruction book, catalog...)
6. 20% fee if changing to another product within the first 15 days, Phuc Truong Group does not re-import goods.

Note: Products sold and not within the above conditions will not be returned, and no refund will be given.

KARAOKE HEAD (15 DAYS - HANET Karaoke Head exchanged for new one in 7 days)
WIRELESS MICROPHONE, WIRED MICROPHONE (15 DAYS)

MOVIE MUSIC SPEAKER (15 DAYS)

PROJECTOR (15 DAYS)

Accessories (no return policy)

Note: For customers buying in installments, the warranty and return policy still applies the same as for customers buying directly at the Showroom.

NOTE: In addition to the above return period, all products will be warranted at Phuc Truong Group showroom, warranty period from 2-30 days, according to the working regulations of each company and distributor.
