During use, if you encounter any problems or user errors, you can contact the Manufacturer's Warranty Center or the Customer Care Center of Phuc Truong Interior Sound and Light Company Limited directly for assistance. Below is PTG's equipment warranty policy for your reference!
A. Warranty subjects:
All electronic products and accessories are officially distributed nationwide by Phuc Truong Interior Sound, Light and Furniture Company Limited.
B. Warranty location:

C. Warranty regulations:
The product is still under warranty from the date of delivery from PHUC TRUONG AUDIO.
The product is complete and intact with warranty stamp and serial number.
Damaged products are determined to be due to technical errors of the Manufacturer.
D. Warranty conditions:
Cases covered by free warranty:
– Products are warranted free of charge if the product is still under warranty from the date of delivery.
– The warranty period is stated on the Warranty Card and according to the regulations of each Manufacturer for all technical problems.
– There is a Warranty Card and Manufacturer's Warranty Stamp on the product.
– Warranty products will comply with each Manufacturer's warranty regulations for technical problems.
If you are in the above cases and need product warranty, please follow the instructions below:
– Contact directly and send the product to the nearest Warranty Center of the Company according to the warranty card included with the product. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
– Contact and send the product to Phuc Truong Audio Customer Care Center via bus station or post office (You pay the postage). Phuc Truong Audio Customer Care Center will contact the Company on your behalf to come and provide warranty for you. After the warranty is completed, Phuc Truong Audio will return the product to you via bus station.
The following cases will not be covered by warranty (repair will be charged):
– For products whose origin cannot be determined and purchased at Phuc Truong Audio, we have the right to refuse warranty.
– The product has expired on the Warranty Card or the Warranty Card is lost.
– Warranty card, warranty stamp is torn, no longer has warranty stamp, warranty stamp is pasted over or modified.
– The product is damaged due to mechanical impact such as dropping, breaking, impact, scratching, dents, moisture, rust, water leakage or caused by fire or natural disaster.
– The product shows signs of damage due to rodents or insects.
– The product is damaged due to improper use of the instruction manual or use of the wrong voltage.
– Accessories such as: Remote control, control battery, CMOS battery, power cord, signal wire, rectifier, signal light, headset, fan on the device, or device due to broken fan causing fire or explosion.
– Data, documents, texts and software provided free of charge, stored with the product (including during the warranty period).
– Unauthorized disassembly or repair by individuals or technicians not authorized by Phuc Truong Group.
E. Cases of warranty refusal:
Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or animal damage.
Damage due to human error such as: water ingress, dirt, cracks, heat source impact causing deformation, etc.
The product is rusted, corroded, oxidized due to climate and environmental impacts. Parts are naturally worn out during use such as the case, knobs, batteries, etc.
Using the wrong voltage specified by the Manufacturer. Not following the Phuc Truong Group's user manual. Connecting the product to other non-genuine peripheral devices.
The product has no data in Phuc Truong Group's warranty system, no valid warranty stamp, anti-counterfeit stamp (peeled, erased, or modified stamp).
Products are changed or repaired at places that are not official and authorized warranty centers of Phuc Truong Group.
*** Products not covered by the warranty policy will still be repaired (for a fee) depending on the damage.
F. Warranty period:
– Current product and accessory catalog by Phuc Truong Group distribution, along with the specific warranty period listed in a separate attachment.
– This list may be amended and supplemented from time to time, based on the operating situation of Phuc Truong Group and will be notified to customers in advance.
– Warranty period is applied to orders shipped from January 01, 01.
– Products shipped before January 01, 01 are still subject to the old warranty policy.
